Will my team know it's a check?

Yes. The first message says so. We measure how your team answers a real question when nobody is fooled. Good teams answer well either way.

How is this different from a hired shopper?

Same goal, open method. A hired shopper hides who they are. Our AI never does: it names itself as an AI check in its first message.

What if a chatbot answers, not a person?

We score whatever answers: a person, a bot, or a handoff between them. The report says which.

What does the $1 trial include?
