What every plan includes

- Report history: every report stays in your account, so you can compare before and after a change.

Which plan fits
Start suits a single business with one website that wants to check its chat after changes in staff, hours or scripts. Pro suits a business with several sites or locations, or one that checks at different hours of the week. Agency suits marketing and CX agencies that run checks for clients who have verified their domains.
Not sure yet? The trial gives you one full check of your own site for $1, then continues on the plan you choose unless you cancel online before the trial ends. You get a reminder e-mail 7 days before the first full charge.
How quotas work
Each plan has a monthly number of checks and a number of domains you can verify. You run checks whenever you like within that quota, on any of your verified domains, and pick the hour that matters to you. If a widget does not load or nobody answers, the report says so — that is exactly what a visitor would have met. Need more checks or domains? Move to a bigger plan in your account; the exact rules are in the terms.
What a report looks like
Every report opens with the Answer Index and the key numbers — time to first reply, time to a human reply — followed by the score for each criterion, the full dialog with the quotes behind each score highlighted, and a short list of fixes ordered by impact. The rules behind the scores are public in the methodology.
What we do not sell yet
We only sell what we have built. Checks of other channels, the website audit and scheduled recurring checks are shown below as coming soon, without a price. When one is ready, it will be added to the plans and announced to customers first.

What counts as one check?
One complete conversation in the live chat of one of your verified domains: the AI opens the chat, asks its question, follows the replies and produces a scored report.
What are the monthly quotas?
Start includes 3 checks a month for 1 domain, Pro 15 checks for up to 3 domains, Agency 60 checks for up to 10 domains.
Can I check a competitor's website?
No. Plans cover checks of domains you have verified as your own. That keeps checks fair to every business and every chat team.
How do I cancel?
Online, in your account, in a couple of clicks, with no forced offer. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What is coming soon?
Checks of e-mail and web forms, a full website audit and scheduled recurring checks. They are listed without a price until they are ready.
Do you charge sales tax?
Where the law requires it, tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address, and shown before you pay.
